BTM - Medical themed BT Phonecards

The optical BT Phonecards showcased below are all taken from the medical card category (BTM) within the UK 1 telephone card catalogue.

All of the British Telecom Phonecards within this section start BTM (British Telecom Medical) followed by the cards unique catalogue reference number e.g. BTM001.

Pictured right: Codafen Continus Tablet BT medical Phonecard (BTM019). The Phonecard was issued within a cardboard sleeve and given away to employees within the UK's healthcare industries.

In total some 43 different medical/drug company themed phone cards make up the complete BTM optical Phonecard section. Telephone cards catalogued in this section were manufactured by Landis and Gyr between 1988 and 1996. BT medical telephone cards wanted

As a fusilatelist (telephone card collector), I'm keen to collect all of the different BT medical Phonecards that were commissioned to advertise and promote various different medical companies and/or products.

Maybe you were a GP, a dentist or other healthcare professional and you were sent copies of these cards by various pharmaceutical companies? If so, I'd be very keen to hear from you. Please contact me via my contact page.
