When you first visit this site, or after you clear your cookies, you will see a banner offering Accept and Reject, both equally easy to choose. Other content that may load third-party material

Some pages include a YouTube video. These use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits the use of cookies until you press play. Once you play a video, YouTube may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Some pages link to my Pinterest boards. These are plain links; nothing is loaded from Pinterest and no Pinterest cookies are set unless you click through.

If you buy from my Collector Shop, payment is handled entirely by PayPal on paypal.com. PayPal may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which I do not control.

1. When do I collect your personal data?

‣When you buy a catalogue from my Collector Shop via PayPal.

‣When you email me, or message me via Facebook, with a question, telephone cards to sell, or anything else.

‣When you click Accept on the cookie banner (Google Analytics data, which does not identify you by name, only).

2. What personal data do I collect?

‣If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write in your message.

‣If you message me via Facebook, that conversation is stored within Facebook's own platform, under Facebook's privacy policy, not mine.

‣If you order from my Collector Shop, PayPal handles the transaction. I do not collect or see your card details anywhere on this website. PayPal passes me your name, delivery address and email address so I can post your order.

‣If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about your visit (pages viewed, time spent, approximate country) that does not identify you by name.

4. How I protect your personal data

I do not store any payment card details; all payments are handled by PayPal on their own website.

I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you are under 16 please get a parent or guardian's permission before providing any personal information.

5. How long will I keep your personal data?

I keep order details (your name, address and what you bought) for up to 6 years, as sales records. I keep emails for as long as they are useful for our conversation, and delete them within 2 years of our last contact. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Who do I share your personal data with?

‣PayPal, to process payment for any Collector Shop order, under PayPal's own privacy policy.

‣Royal Mail, to deliver your order (Tracked 48 within the UK, or International delivery overseas). Royal Mail receives your name and delivery address, and for overseas orders the customs information required to send it.

I do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes, and I will never contact you for marketing.

7. Where your personal data may be processed

My emails are hosted by GoDaddy, which may store and process data outside the UK under its own privacy policy. PayPal may also process payment data outside the UK under its own privacy policy.
